Who We Are

Non-partisan, environmental conservation organisation.

It is a local non-profit organization in Uganda that works to preserve, restore and promote the environment.

The organization was started in 2015 by community members of Masaka district to protect the then much deforested region. The organization encouraged and mobilized communities to plant more trees to replace the lost nature that was much turned into timber and charcoal for cooking.

Members of the organization believe that economic development of the community will only be sustainable (millennium development goal 7) if matters concerning environmental conservation are checked since the major economic determinants (agriculture, food production, fertile land and clean water) are directly affected by the state of the environment and climatic changes.
